Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of HoardAssist.com (“the website”) operated by HoardAssist (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website.
1. Nature of Service
HoardAssist is a lead generation and referral service that connects individuals seeking hoarding cleanup services with independent third-party contractors. We do not perform cleanup services directly. We are not a licensed contractor, remediation company, biohazard specialist, or mental health provider.
Use of this website and any referral made through it is subject to our Referral Disclosure and Disclaimer, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or submit a service request. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal authority to request services for the property described in any submission you make.
3. Permitted Use
You may use this website for lawful personal or commercial purposes consistent with its intended function — finding hoarding cleanup services. You agree not to:
- Use this website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

4. Accuracy of Information You Submit
When submitting a service request, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You understand that inaccurate information may result in an incorrect referral or failure to connect you with an appropriate contractor. HoardAssist is not liable for referral mismatches resulting from inaccurate information you provide.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on HoardAssist.com — including text, graphics, logos, page layouts, city page content, blog articles, and the overall selection and arrangement of content — is the property of HoardAssist and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Third-Party Contractors
HoardAssist connects you with independent contractors who are not our employees or agents. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a referred contractor. Any contract for services, pricing, warranties, or guarantees is solely between you and the contractor.
HoardAssist is not responsible for:
- The quality, safety, or outcome of any contractor’s work
- Any property damage, personal injury, or financial loss arising from a contractor’s services
- Any dispute between you and a referred contractor
- A contractor’s failure to respond, perform, or honor any agreement
You are responsible for independently verifying contractor credentials, licensing, and insurance before engaging their services.
